Reginald W. Goeke, Ed.D. Principal and founding partner of MVS, Dr. Goeke has consulted on marketing, competitive strategy, and business process improvements for such companies as Case New Holland, Caterpillar Inc. and numerous dealers within the Caterpillar dealer network, Dormont Manufacturing, Dunn and Bradstreet, the Principal Financial Group, the Southern Companies and other public utilities. Dr. Goeke has pioneered in the development of customer information systems for these and other companies, and specializes in the systematic deployment of customer information into effective competitive strategies and business performance improvements.
Before founding Market Value Solutions, Reg was on the faculty at Penn State University, where he has also taught in Smeal College’s Executive Education Programs. A dynamic and highly sought-after speaker, Dr. Goeke has presented workshops and seminars on the subject of Customer Value Management throughout North America and Australia, including presentations for such professional organizations as the Institute for the Study of Business Markets (ISBM), the American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC), the International Productivity and Quality Center (IQPC), and numerous other state and regional organizations. Reg has served as an advisor to the APQC on the benchmarking of best practices in value management across business sectors and industries. He has authored or co-authored six books on how to use the Voice Of the Customer (VOC) to drive effective competitive strategies and business process improvements.
R. Eric Reidenbach Prior to founding MVS with Reg, Eric received a PhD from Michigan State University and enjoyed a strong and noted academic career with various well known marketing programs. Among other positions, he held the Phil B. Hardin Chair of marketing at the University of Mississippi and has published 15 books on marketing and marketing research while having authored over 100 academic and professional publications, many of which have received awards for research and contribution to the field of marketing. Seeking a greater challenge, he founded MVS with Reg and has applied many of the methodologies and approaches he developed in the commercial world. His work in Customer Value Measurement and management has been recognized as cutting edge and ground breaking.
Dr. Reidenbach has worked with a large number of companies and organizations transcending a multitude of industries. His most recent work is focusing on the linkage between six sigma and marketing, a subject of his forthcoming book : Strategic Six Sigma for Champions: Keys to Sustainable Competitive Advantage, co-authored with Reg. He is a top rated presenter and has held positions on numerous executive development programs, keynoting programs such as national industry association meetings and the Conference Board.
